ROOFING OBSERVER/CONSULTANT Headquartered in Victoria, BC, and with branch offices in Vancouver, WellsKlein Consulting Group Inc., has provided superior quality roofing and waterproofing Consulting and Inspection services to Canada’s top building Owners and Managers for nearly 20 years. We have excellent employment opportunities in both Victoria and Vancouver for a Roofing Inspector/Consultant. This is a growth opportunity with equity potential for the right person. The position requires that the applicant have proven knowledge and experience with commercial and residential roofing products and application methods as well as knowledge of roofing standards in British Columbia. The self-motivated team player we seek may have a roofing trade qualification ticket or technical school training. Minimum education considered would be senior matriculation or equivalency. Other formal inspection and trades experience will be evaluated. A valid drivers license is required. A condition of employment will be that the applicant will have to successfully achieve (company supported of course) RRO (Registered Roof Observer) accreditation with the Roof Consultants Institute (RCI) and RCABC Accepted Inspector status within one year of joining the company. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required as well as basic or better computer skills. We use Apple® computers and work from home offices. The position offers a salary level commensurate with experience, plus medical and dental benefits, LTD, and a company vehicle or vehicle allowance.
